**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Support you are responsible for the Know Your Customer checks for new clients as well as existing clients. Your main tasks will be:
- You contact clients to start the KYC process and request all the necessary information
- Administrative follow-up: when clients don’t deliver the necessary information, you will be responsible to go after it.
- You are in daily contact with clients concerning their ongoing KYC checks. This can be through telephone or through mail.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a Legal study or just graduated or have knowledge in financial services.
- You’re a goal getter and chase to achieve the required result
- You get energy from following processes and completing cases.
- Administrative follow-up is your strong suit.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French, English is a plus.
