We are seeking a highly motivated **Front Office Administrator**to be the face of our company, contributing to our dynamic and youthful environment. If you thrive on responsibility, enjoy diverse interactions, and possess strong organizational skills, we want you to join us This position does not offer remote work, and the day shifts are fixed, Monday to Friday (on-site, no remote work).

**Who You Are**:

- **Trilingual**: Fluent in **English, Dutch, and French**(essential ).
- **Skilled and Professional**: Strong administrative, linguistic, and interpersonal abilities.
- **Self-starter**: Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
- **Well-presented**: Classic, professional attire required (no casual wear).
- **Reliable and Organized**: Punctual, detail-oriented, and proactive.

**Your Responsibilities**: You are entrusted with overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our center. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- **Welcoming and assisting** clients, visitors, and suppliers (EN/NL/FR).
- **Managing communications**: Answering phones professionally and routing calls as necessary (EN/NL/FR).
- **Office Operations**: Handling incoming and outgoing mail/packages, filing, data input, and client file management.
- **Client Support**: Coordinating meeting room and event requests, arranging lunches, and preparing new client offices.
- **Problem-Solving**: Addressing customer requests, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Commercial Engagement**: Presenting services and products to unannounced visitors and following up on leads to contract signing.
- **Administration and Commercial Support**: Control, update, and complete client files/data. Process new requests, conduct visits, and be the key to successful new collaborations through meticulous commercial support.
- **Facility Oversight**: Performing daily checks of common areas, ensuring a tidy and functional workspace, managing stock, and handling kitchen appliances.
- **Administrative Reporting**: Providing regular reports to management and overseeing office supplies and operations.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Language, administrative, and interpersonal skills** are essential.
- **Computer proficiency**: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- **Multitasking ability**: You manage responsibilities efficiently and gracefully.
- **Team player mentality**: Though you work independently, you enjoy regular contact with clients and colleagues.
- **Commitment**: Monday to Friday work schedule (on-site, no remote work).

Dienstverband: Voltijds, Vaste Jobs

Loon: €2.600,00 - €2.800,00 per maand
