**Reason for the role**:

- We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner to join our L&D Team, with solid training experience within a core L&D role which must include design, delivery and evaluation.**Tasks and responsibilities**:
Working across the organisation to identify training and development needs and design appropriate learning solutions which accommodate all learning styles
-Preparing the learning environment and resources ensuring these are aligned to an agreed training schedule.
-Designing and delivering impactful and engaging training which embeds the company ethos and values.
-Core induction programme in line with an agreed and structured training plan;
- Training interventions as and when required, including behavioural/soft skills training for existing Ambassadors

**Job Requirements**:
3+ years’ experience in a Training/L&D field, preferably in a SaaS environment.
-Certification in Instructional Design would be a big plus.
-Fluent in English and another language.
-You have exceptional facilitation skills. You engage trainees instantly.
-You are an expert in creating engaging content.
-You will have awesome design skills (gamification and video editing experience would also be beneficial).
-You are an expert in blended learning and creating an experiential learning environment.
-You have a comprehensive knowledge of the training cycle and an understanding of the latest training techniques and theories
