**Chargé.e d’assistance I Customer care advisor HFX**
**Département Technique (assurances auto et habitation) ou médical (assurances rapatriement)**
Notre client national avec des bureaux situés dans le centre de Bruxelles recherche des profils** bilingues FR/NL**.
Le lieu de travail est agréable avec une équipe et une hiérarchie qui fait attention à ses collègues pour avoir une ambiance de travail motivante et valorisante.
Vos tâches principales en tant que Chargé.e d’assistance sont:
- Vous échangez avec des clients à l’étranger en situation délicates nécessitant une intervention rapide, vous les soutenez dans leur demandes et démarches en proposant les solutions adéquates.
- Vous fournissez une aide aux clients et vous coordonnez l’’assistance dans leurs dossier.
- Vous créez une communication de confiance avec le client afin de répondre à ses questions en le rassurant.
**Profil**:
- ** Connaissances linguistiques: parfaite maîtrise du Français et de Néerlandais et très bonne connaissance de l’Anglais (critères obligatoires)**:
- Vous êtes emphatique, pragmatique et aimez soutenir les clients
- Vous êtes orienté client, vous maîtrisez l’écoute active
- Vous avez une bonne résistance au stress, vous aimez et savez analyser des besoins du client
