**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- **Administratie verzekeringen**
- Administratieve opvolging van schadedossiers
- Aanmaken van schadedossiers in UBench
- Openen van dossiers bij verzekeringsmaatschappijen
- Opvragen van ongevalsverklaringen bij klanten indien deze nog niet ingediend zijn
- Beheren van documenten met betrekking tot schadedossiers
- Jaarlijks verzenden van groene kaarten en duplicaten
- **Facturatie en betalingen**
- Factureren van vrijstellingen voor BA en eigen schade, inclusief controle
- Facturatie van carrosseriereparaties
- Coderen van betalingen met betrekking tot vrijstellingen bij verzekeringsbedrijven
- Coderen van betalingen voor premies en facturen van makelaars
- Afstemmen van Fraikin-/bedrijfskosten/makelaarskosten en beheer van betalingen
- Opvolgen en invoeren van terugbetalingen
- **Diversen**
- Wekelijks telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten, verzekeraars, politie, chauffeurs en andere betrokken partijen
- Beheer van provisies aan het einde van de maand
- Opvolgen van juridische dossiers, inclusief bestek-aanvragen

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt relevante ervaring in verzekeringen, schadebeheer of een gelijkaardige functie
- Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig in het verwerken van gegevens
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en weet goed te schakelen tussen verschillende partijen
- Proactief, oplossingsgericht en in staat om zelfstandig te werken
- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans
- Je hebt ervaring met systemen zoals UBench of bent bereid dit snel te leren
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel
