Voor onze financiële afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar Finance Internal BeNeLux (m/v/x)
De functie Internal Control maakt deel uit van de financiële afdeling van AlphaCredit en dekt de regio BeNeLux. In België bestaat de financiële afdeling uit 23 mensen verdeeld over accounting, management control, Business Intelligence en ALM. In Nederland bestaat het team uit 10 personen.
De missie van de Internal Controller is om ervoor te zorgen dat Finance de normen naleeft die zijn gedefinieerd door BNP Paribas en de regelgevers, en om interne en externe financiële audits te ondersteunen. Deze functie rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO.
**Jouw functie**:
- Monitoring van boekhoudkundige en financiële standaarden gedefinieerd door BNPP Group en regelgevers
- Coördinatie en beheer van alle aanvragen van de groep BNP Paribas met betrekking tot compliance-aspecten voor de financiële afdeling.
- Implementatie van controleplannen en ontwikkeling van specifieke controles aangepast aan de activiteiten van AlphaCredit. Uitvoeren van tweedelijnscontroles (LOD2)
- Single point of contact voor interne en externe financiële audits. Coördinatie en ondersteuning bij de uitvoering van de uitgebrachte aanbevelingen
- Analyse van huidige processen om eventuele tekortkomingen op te sporen en doen van aanbevelingen om de naleving te verbeteren.
- Vertegenwoordiging van de financiële afdeling in commissies met betrekking tot permanente controle (Legal & Compliance Committee, Intenal Control Committee, enz.)
- Je rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de CFO van AlphaCredit en functioneel aan de CFO van BNPP Paribas Personal Finance NL
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt een Master in Economie of gelijkwaardig en hebt een eerste ervaring van 3-5 jaar in een compliance functie binnen een financiële afdeling of als auditor in een financieel auditbedrijf.
- Je hebt een ontwikkelde kritische en synthetische geest.
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig bij het plannen en uitvoeren van je rol.
- Je spreekt Engels en kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent geografisch mobiel (1-2 dagen per maand in Rotterdam - als de sanitaire maatregelen het toelaten)
