**Role Overview**
**We are looking for**:
- Someone passionate about sustainability and looking for big impact in the chemical industry
- You will support our team of experts to realise our ambition to bring sustainability to the next level: more robust data and tools and more integrated in our innovation and business processes
**We count on you for**:
- Being curious and ready to embrace a variety of topics and tasks (climate, environment, circular economy, governance )
- Bringing your analytical skills to follow fact based, data driven, decision making
- Being eager to gain experience in risk management, governance and reporting
- Being autonomous, proactive and comfortable working in a distributed team and hybrid way of working
- Relentlessly engaging various stakeholders to educate, advocate and lead the transition towards more sustainable business models
- Being able to work in an international, English speaking environment
**You can count on us for**:
- Assigning you on various, fast paced projects with concrete outcomes: renewable carbon tracking, circular economy reporting, sustainable portfolio management
- Adapting your missions based on your specific interests and skill set
- Including you in team of experts and with weekly interactions with the group’s Chief Sustainability Officer
**You will bring**:
- Science background with a specialisation or work experience in sustainability or environment management
