**Responsibilities**:
**One day as an Expleo Business Analyst**
- Manage business requests, including RFI's, RFCs, and business cases.
- Engage with business stakeholders to clarify their requirements.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to assess impact and propose solutions (architects, IT support, suppliers, etc.).
- Utilize modeling techniques and methods to analyze and document business processes.
- Analyze and document functional needs.
- Document deliverables requested in the last Audit Recommendations, including processes and data flows.
- Contribute to the development of tests for validating changes.
- Ensure the quality of deliveries before business testing commences.
- Provide support to IT and business as needed.
- Possibility of a role in Data Analysis using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
**Experience**:
**What are our key selection criteria for joining the Expleo Business Analysts team?**
- Hold a University Degree in IT, engineering, or an equivalent field
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in Sales or Finance activities
- Familiarity with BPMN modeling techniques and methods
- Strong proficiency in CRM and ERP tools
- Expertise in data reporting using MS-Excel
- Knowledge of SalesForce, including Sales, CPQ, and Billing modules
- Understanding of Lean-SixSigma and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
- Possess strong analytical thinking skills
- Problem-solving
- Capable of working independently
- Proficient in English, and either French or Dutch
