Context

As a Senior Business Process Manager leading our dedicated Centre of Excellence, you will be owning BDP's Group BPM Framework, being responsible for process standardization, optimization & continuous improvement towards operational excellence. You will report directly to the Head of COO Office.

Your Position

BPM Framework
- Define, implement and oversee the Group BPM framework, encompassing governance, process architecture, process modeling, templates, roles and responsibilities, process metrics, process improvement approach, and more, to ensure consistency and alignment across all departments and Group entities.
- Define the various roles and responsibilities of process actors and stakeholders, and establish a structured approach for identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes, enabling the Bank to achieve operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure rigorous methodology and standards for process descriptions are well-defined and implemented consistently, leveraging monitoring, reporting, methodological support, quality assurance, and other measures as necessary to maintain high-quality process documentation and alignment across the Bank.
- Oversee some key end-to-end processes which are crucial for delivering an excellent client experience.

Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with business and project teams to streamline workflows, identify process perfomance and inefficiencies, and implement process improvements using industry-leading methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Provide expert guidance on process improvement methodologies, establish best practices, and guide teams in implementing process improvements aligned with the Bank's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements, identify areas for further enhancement, and mitigate potential risks to enable the Bank to achieve optimal business outcomes while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed.

BPM Shared-Service
- Oversee and lead documentation and enhancement of business processes for smaller departments that do not have the required capacity & expertise.

Guidance & Awareness
- Provide expert guidance and functional leadership to teams regarding process documentation, process mapping, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on process management methodologies and tools to enable teams to effectively manage processes, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required.

Your Profile
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in Business Process Management or Process Improvement, ideally within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize complex processes and contexts.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple demanding stakeholders.
- Proactive and independent approach with strong attention to details.
- Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch.
