Context

As a Business Process Management Intern, you’ll immerse yourself in pivotal projects that optimize and enhance our business processes. Collaborate with experienced professionals across various departments, contributing to initiatives that streamline operations and improve efficiency. You’ll develop your analytical skills, gain in-depth knowledge of process management, and play a key role in ensuring our organization’s processes are effective and efficient. We’re looking for motivated individuals with a passion for process improvement, a sharp analytical mind, and a team-oriented attitude to help us navigate these exciting challenges.

Your position

1. Process Analysis: Assist in analyzing current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

2. Project Support: Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.

3. Report Writing: Prepare summary documents, reports, and presentations for internal teams and management.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure a common understanding of process improvement goals.

5. Data Management: Collect and analyze data to support process improvement projects.

6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and propose innovative solutions.

7. Communication: Present analyses and findings clearly to team members and stakeholders.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and process changes.

9. Training Participation: Engage in professional development to deepen understanding of business process management.

**Profile**:
Educational Background:

- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Specialization or coursework in process management is highly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Solid understanding of business process management principles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
