CONTEXT:

- Working remotely and at the client office in Brussels.
- We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic colleague as an audio-visual coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You will be responsible for the planning and production of high-quality content assets in our in-house studio: podcasts, videos, screen recordings, webinars, etc.
- You bring together different experts within the team and suppliers and coordinate the work to deliver the best possible audio-visual content on short notice, within budget, on branding and on time.
- You plan meetings, gather budget proposals, draw up back timing and call sheets, monitor progress and evaluate results.
- You are responsible for the facilities and the technical equipment of the studio and are the contact person for our partners and suppliers for the use of the material during recordings.
- You are also the SPOC when it comes to online events in our studio: you advise the event managers on various solutions.
- Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the platform management of audio-visual platforms and tools.
- You are responsible for basic reporting and evaluations. You look for points of improvement for the existing workflow and processes.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- You have an active knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
- You're creative with proven experience in videography and video production from concept to execution.
- Proven experience in a similar position in television, business, or an independent studio.
- You have a degree in videography, audio-visual arts/media or a similar discipline.
- You have technical knowledge of industry-related software (editing, grading, sound design and motion graphics) and are familiar with e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and Adobe Photoshop.
- You are highly organized, with an eye for detail, customer-oriented and open to working in an agile environment.
- You embrace change and adjust your way of working based on the latest information, trends, business needs, etc
