**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de efficiënte en betrouwbare aankoop van alle categorieën, van zowel directe als indirecte uitgaven, inclusief IT. Je creëert een goed lopende, gemotiveerde inkooporganisatie die bekend staat om haar voortdurende kostenbesparingen en EBITDA-groei door middel van professionalisme, kwaliteit en resultaatgerichtheid.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Procurement Category Manager BeNe die deel zal nemen aan de transformatie van onze inkooporganisatie en haar activiteiten in België en Nederland. Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor meer dan 3000 leveranciers en een aankoopvolume van ongeveer +100 miljoen € per jaar. Volumes die op termijn nog aanzienlijk zullen toenemen.
Een greep uit je takenpakket:
- De sourcing strategie bepalen in samenwerking met functionele interne stakeholders en anticiperen om veranderingen door te voeren.
- De sourcing funnel ontwikkelen en beheren in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen.
- Je gaat betere commerciële voorwaarden onderhandelen op BeNe-niveau, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot kostenbesparingen; alsook verbetering van de Cash Flow en procesverbeteringen. Dit rekening houdend met de nieuwe economische context van prijsstijgingen, langere leveringstermijnen en een verstoorde bevoorradingsketen.
- Je zal onderhandelingen beheren en ondersteuning bieden bij onderhandelingen voor categorieën met hoge inzet (direct en indirect), waaronder IT.
- Je bouwt een kennis op over Procurement die nuttig is voor het bereiken van de bedrijfsmissie, zijnde: kosten vermindering, beperking leveranciers aantallen, risico vermindering, digitalisering en sterke samenwerking tussen interne stakeholders.
- Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van een gedifferentieerd en kwalitatief aanbod.
- Een sterk aankoopbeleid en -plan ontwikkelen en uitvoeren om gerelateerde risico's te beheersen, en toezien op de uitvoering ervan.
- Je zorgt eveneens voor de betrouwbaarheid van de verschillende rapporteringen.
- Je reist ongeveer 1 x per maand naar Nederland.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Procurement Manager die in België gevestigd is en werkt nauw met hem samen.
**Jouw kwaliteiten**:
Je hebt een passie voor aankoop en kan terugblikken op een ervaring van minimum 8 jaar in aankoop. Je bent goed in het onderhandelen en bent in staat om processen te verbeteren.
Verder ben je:
- Bereid om te leren en kennis op te bouwen van producten, leveranciers, markten alsook de sociale en commerciële regelgeving in beide landen.
- Goed georganiseerd en in staat om je werk en strategie volledig zelfstandig te plannen en uit te voeren.
- In staat om stakeholders te begrijpen, vertrouwen op te bouwen en hen te betrekken bij de verbetering van procurement best practices.
- Sterk in het ontwikkelen en implementeren van nieuwe methoden en procedures.
- Analytisch sterk en zeer goed met Excel; gegevensanalyse en rapportage vaardigheden.
- Goed in het communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je bent in contact met senior stakeholders in zowel BE, NL als US.
