We are seeking a skilled Audio-Video Technician to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, installing, operating, testing, and maintaining audio and video equipment at our customer site in Waterloo.

**Job requirements**:

- Knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and technologies.
- Front Line AV service support in a complex environment
- Experience trouble shooting Teams, Zoom and Google Meet in a wide range of environments
- Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions
- Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software
- Move workstations and peripherals, as required
- Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes)
- (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- 2 Years' experience in an (IT Support Role)
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills [English]
- Ability to multitask
- Team focused
- Ability to trouble shoot and stay calm under pressure
- Proficient with 'Remote Worker' technology, accessibility troubleshooting skill
- Some hardware support experience required e.g. installing memory/hard drives
