**Service Delivery Manager - Day Rate Contract (Belgium)**
Our client, a leading international digital transformation and technology services provider is looking to hire?a **Service Delivery Manager **with 5+ years’ experience working within a multi project environment.

**_This role is an onsite role based in Brussels_**

Duration: End December 31st

Day Rate: Up to €600.00

**Job Reference number: 21788**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as team leader, manages priorities and workload, set objectives, and evaluate timelines and projects
- Collaboration with operations and development teams to make sure that service level agreements (SLAs) are guaranteed.
- To be the single point of contact with both customers and partners
- Manage the operational activities in accordance to the agreed commitments
- Evaluate contract and project risks, identify, and execute risk mitigation actions
- Provide consolidated management reporting to the customer and steering committee on the services delivered
- Plan and supervise the execution of quality reviews
- Play a key role in add-on sales with Sales & Delivery Management team
- Manage a team of onshore members as well as subcontractors

Knowledge and skills
- At least 5 years working experience as Service Delivery Manager
- Practical knowledge of Service Management (ITIL) and Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP) methodologies, confirmed with relevant certifications
- You are fluent in English and French
- Analytical and you have a systematic approach to problem-solving
