Field Service Manager – BelgiumWe are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead operations across Belgium. This leadership role is responsible for driving service excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning field activities with company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of field service technicians.Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.Ensure efficient delivery of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services.Drive improvements in response times, service quality, and customer satisfaction.Manage budgets, optimize processes, and enhance productivity.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of service contracts.Provide performance reporting and strategic insights to senior management.Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality policies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's a plus).5+ years' experience in field service management with proven leadership success.Strong technical service delivery background, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing budgets, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.Willingness to travel as needed.Desired AttributesStrategic vision and ability to anticipate market trends.Customer-first mindset with passion for service excellence.Data-driven decision-making and comfort with analytics.Experience in change management and continuous improvement.About Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
