Customer Service Manager

Je zorgt dat de taken van de customer service volledig zijn ingevuld.
- Je zorgt voor de nodige rapportage.
- Je maakt de planning op en zorgt voor een optimale bezetting van het team met 24/24 en 7/7 permanentie.
- Je stuurt een team van een 10-tal mensen aan.
- Je gaat op zoek en komt met suggesties voor procesverbeteringen.
- Je werkt actief mee naar het zoeken en het implementeren van nieuwe relevante software.
**Jouw profiel**
- Je beschikt over mínimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Je hebt ervaring met een team aan te sturen
- Je bent proactief en kan snel schakelen
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
- Je hebt ervaring met het communiceren op hoog niveau van klanten en opdrachtgevers
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Office en leert snel nieuwe tools aan
