Je zult vanuit huis werken binnen het Corporate Business Analyst Chapter van onze klant, samen met andere Business Analyst consultants, en dagelijks functioneren als een teamlid dat deel uitmaakt van een multidisciplinair product team dat wordt aangestuurd door een product eigenaar.

Het doel van dit product is om de Purchase to Pay-processen en het Warehouse Management te optimaliseren door interne en externe belanghebbenden in staat te stellen om uitmuntendheid in inkoop te bereiken door gebruiksvriendelijke, efficiënte en geautomatiseerde digitale oplossingen te bieden.

**Verwachtingen van de dienstverlening**

De dienstverlening bestaat uit de volgende taken:

- Samen met je collega's in het Product Team werk je continu aan het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen en modules met betrekking tot Materiaalbeheer, evenals andere domeinen binnen Inkoop.
- Sparren met het bedrijfsleven om processen te optimaliseren en te harmoniseren door bedrijfsbehoeften te analyseren, te beschrijven en te valideren, inclusief het modelleren van processen en informatie.
- Tweedelijns ondersteuning bieden aan het inkoopteam, zoals goedkeuringsstromen/workflows in Purchase to Pay (P2P) processen.
- Fouten in het systeem identificeren en analyseren en oplossingen voorstellen voor correctie.
- User stories formuleren en valideren en acceptatiecriteria definiëren op basis van bedrijfsbehoeften.
- Technische specificaties valideren met betrekking tot de optimale oplossing.
- Testscenario’s opstellen en de test
- en acceptatieprocessen ondersteunen.
- Streven naar efficiënte samenwerking met andere relevante afdelingen binnen de Elia Group, terwijl je rekening houdt met het end-to-end proces voor inkoop en de best mogelijke uitkomst en algemene bedrijfsstrategie van het bedrijf.
- Workshops en trainingen voorbereiden en uitvoeren met het bedrijfsleven.
- De product eigenaar en product belanghebbenden adviseren om de verdere ontwikkeling en onderhoud van het product te plannen en prioriteren.
- Deelnemen aan het chapter Corporate Business Analyst om de methodologie van bedrijfsanalisten verder te harmoniseren en te verbeteren.

**Kwalificaties**:

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als bedrijfsanalist in Inkoop.
- Ervaring met P2P-processen is een must.
- Ervaring met SAP MM omgeving.
- Ervaring met SAP SRM, Ariba, BI en S4/HANA is een pluspunt.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden met het vermogen om gegevens te interpreteren en aanbevelingen te doen.
- Ervaring met procesmodellering zoals BPMN en UML.
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden om effectief met gebruikers en belanghebbenden te communiceren.
- Vermogen om zelfstandig en als onderdeel van een team in een agile omgeving te werken.
- Kennis van Jira is een pluspunt.
