Als Customer Service Associate fungeer je als ambassadeur van de firma en is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid om op het gezicht van elke klant een glimlach te toveren
- Dit zijn zowel B2B-als B2C-klanten die jou telefonisch contacteren of mailen met problemen, informatieaanvragen, aanvragen voor een abonnement, aanpassingen in het reeds bestaande dossier, etc.
- Je zal elke oproep behandelen, en nadien ook de administratieve opvolging doen.
- Jouw dagen zijn gevuld met veelvuldig sociaal contact, zowel met klanten als met de andere internedepartementen;
- Je werkt aan het verbeteren van de klantprocessen;
Profiel
- Ben je een potential met een ASO- of Bachelordiploma en reeds één of meerdere ervaringen op een klantendienst achter de rug?
- Beschik je over een goede mindset en ben je flexibel qua takenpakket;
- Je past je gemakkelijk aan, bent stressbestendig en een echte teamplayer;
- Communiceer je vlot zowel schriftelijk als mondeling in het Nederlands en Frans;
- Heb je naast je administratieve skills ook een grote portie klantgerichtheid;
- Heb je een goede kennis van Microsoft Office;
- Ben je thuis in de wereld van apps en heb je ervaring met Topdesk;
