Clienteling & Communication Intern

**Position**:
You will be part of the Clienteling & Communication Team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton retail world in the Brussels based head-office. You will provide operational support to the stores and will gain a deep insight of our network. You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small & dynamic and multitask team.

**Job responsibilities**:
**CLIENTELING**
- Weekly, monthly reportings on clienteling activity rom store : Outreaches / Appointments/ contact rates
- List extractions, follow up and analysis using different softwares : Client Analysis Tool, Marketing Target, Salesforce
- Creation and sharing of clienteling tools to stores: templates, pictures, lookbooks
- Animation of the “clienteling community” through different channel of communication and to different audiences

ICON phones:

- Follow up on phone attribution to the store teams (new comers and leavers)
- Coordination with HR and IT teams
- Full follow up on invoicing (operators in each of our 8 countries)

**PR / COMMUNICATIONS**
- Follow up on Media publications & Press Clipping (weekly & monthly reporting)
- PR Agency coordination with Manager (monthly calls, press days, press launches, press trips, etc)
- Shooting coordination (liaising with stylists, liaising with Paris to request looks, follow up on the delivery/ pick up )
- Influencers loans and gifting coordination

**Profile**:

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, Nordic languages is an asset.
- Very good organizational skills, ownership
- Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details.
- Proactive, flexible and a team player
- Experience in retail is an asset.

**Additional information**:

- Start Date: Internship starting in June or July 2025 for 6 to 12 months.
- Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux & Nordics Head Office (Brussels, Belgium)
- Mandatory: Internship convention provided by universities.
