Vous êtes un communicateur né et vous disposez d’expérience dans l’élaboration de plans de communication et de la coordination de campagnes publicitaires ?

En tant que communication manager
- Vous élaborez des plans de communication sur base de briefings de Go-ToMarket pour atteindre les objectifs fixés sur le plan commercial et de la notoriété de la marque.
- En collaboration avec votre équipe/squad, vous assurez de bout en bout la mise en œuvre de ce plan:

- o à savoir la communication interne et externe (direct mailings, publications intranet, pages pour notre site internet public, lettres d’informations, évènements, vidéos, posters, flyers, etc.) ;
- o vous briefez les copywriters, équipes de design, partenaires externes, etc. ;
- o vous passez en revue le matériel de communication.

- Vous êtes passionné de communication (earned et paid media) et vousdétenez de préférence un diplôme et/ou de l’expérience dans ce domaine.
- Vous êtes un project manager motivé, de nature structuré et organisé.
- Vous êtes capable de garder un vue globale sur vos projets en vousassurant de la qualité du détails
- Vous avez la capacité à travailler dans le respect de délais serrés, demodifier l’ordre des priorités et d’équilibrer les impératifs à courtterme avec les objectifs stratégiques à long terme
- Capacité à faire preuve de leadership, à convaincre et à travailler demanière transversale au sein de l’organisation
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe mais vous êtes capable de travailler demanière autonome.
- Vous êtes orienté résultats, tenant compte des deadlines et desbudgets.
- Vous êtes capable d’analyser et de synthétiser rapidement etcorrectement des sujets et dossiers (souvent complexes ousensibles) et de proposer une stratégie de communicationconcrète.
- Vous êtes créatif, mais vous restez réaliste et pragmatique.
- Vous placez les clients au cœur de vos projets.
- Vous vous exprimez facilement en néerlandais et en français.
