**Functiebeschrijving**:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ons personeel en volgt de administratieve personeelsdossiers op van A tot Z. (beheert contracten en bijlages, behandelt aanvragen voor tijdskrediet of loopbaanonderbreking, controleert vakantierechten, verleent ondersteuning voor het wagenpark, aansluitingen verzekeringen,).
- Je geeft ondersteuning in het selectie -en wervingsproces
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers
- Je bevestigt prestaties en afwezigheden van medewerkers binnen het tijdsregistratiesysteem
- Je beheert het administratieve luik van de opleidingen (vastleggen opleidingen, uitnodigingen versturen, aanwezigheidslijst verdelen en registreren, aanvragen subsidies, educatief verlof,.)
**Profiel**:
- Een diploma in een HR-richting is een mooie plus, maar zeker geen must. Een relevante eerste ervaring kan evengoed.
- Je bent bekend met Microsoft Office pakket
- Je beschikt over een goed kennis Nederlands, Frans en kan je uitdrukken in het Engels
- Je wil voltijds werken
- Zowel cijfermatig-administratief als communicatief ben je sterk.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en je houdt van sociale contacten.
- Stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit zijn jouw troeven.
