Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde in **sales & marketing recruitment** voor de **farmaceutische/medische industrie**. Om het groeiplan voor de komende jaren kracht bij te zetten zijn ze op zoek naar een **ondernemende recruiter** om te werken vanuit hun kantoor in **Eigenbrakel**.

Ze hechten waarde aan verantwoordelijkheid, dynamiek en innovatie en bieden een functie met veel **ruimte voor initiatief en ontwikkeling**.

**Over jouw rol**

Als recruiter heb je de **volledige verantwoordelijkheid van het recruitment proces** dat leidt tot de perfecte match tussen klanten & kandidaten:

- **Intake van de vacature** met de klant
- Publiceren van advertenties op verschillende **job boards** en andere mediakanalen
- Zoeken van **potentiële kandidaten via LinkedIn**, sociale media en databasebeheer
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een coherent netwerk om kwalitatieve kandidaten te identificeren
- **Interviewen** van potentiële kandidaten en matchen met de openstaande aanvragen
- Maak een **shortlist van kandidaten** voor de verschillende functies om een hoge kwaliteitsservice voor onze klanten te garanderen
- Kandidaten **informeren** over de inhoud en verantwoordelijkheden van de functie
- **Bespreken** van potentiële kandidaten met klanten
- **Begeleiden** van de kandidaten doorheen het rekruteringsproces
- Detecteren van **nieuwe opportuniteiten** bij bestaande klanten
- Beurzen organiseren en programma's uitvoeren om jonge afgestudeerden aan te trekken

**Wie ben je?**

Je wordt **graag uitgedaagd** en bent **gericht op oplossingen**
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of een **gelijkwaardige professionele ervaring**:

- Je bent **tweetalig** NL/FR
- Je werkt vlot met de **tools van MS-Office** (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Je bent discreet en je gaat vertrouwelijk en correct om met de gegevens die je verwerkt
- Je bent sociaal en contactvaardig
- **Kerncompetenties**: precisie, organisatie, praktisch denken, communicatief, teamplayer, flexibel, resultaatgericht, autodidact, autonoom en stressbestendig.
