Vos tâches:
Il s'agit d'une mission interim de remplacement où vous serez amenés à effectuer:
- 60% de recrutement:
- Sourcing ;
- Screening CV ;
- Screening téléphonique ;
- Entretiens pour certaines fonctions ;
- Organisation de rendez-vous avec les managers.
- 40% d'administratif:
- Rédaction de contrats ;
- Constitution des dossiers du personnel (ID, CV, diplôme, etc.) ;
- Création de dossiers dans SD Works ;
- Onboarding ;
- Reporting divers.
