Nous recrutons un(e) Partner Terrority Account Manager - Terrain pour accompagner le développement commercial X3 sur le marché Belge
Ce poste est à pourvoir immédiatement en CDI selon la politique de télétravail de l'entreprise (3 jours de présence au bureau)
Croissance des ventes indirectes : le PTAM est en charge de la croissance des ventes indirectes Sage sur le Territoire qui lui
est confié.
Il met en place un Plan de Territoire pour développer la croissance des ventes indirectes par le NCA et le cross sell et upsell des
clients du secteur géographique adressé
Pour mener à bien le Plan de Territoire, Il met en place des actions programmatiques adaptées à cette croissance. Dans ce cadre, il maîtrise la dimension produit : connaissances de la solution et de ses évolutions.
Collaboration avec les CAMS et ISR de la région: il intègre dans son plan de Territoire la collaboration avec les autres rôles Sales de sa région : CAMs des partenaires sur ce Territoire et ISR ETI. Grâce à la proximité qu’il développe avec les clients, il favorise et contribue à la croissance de Partenaires. Il partage les informations et opportuintés de C4L avec l’ISR ETI de sa région
Il définit les comptes clés et stratégiques. Il segmente les clients du Territoire : comptes Invest, Hit : ventes simples, Milk : comptes à potentiel. Il précise les attendus sur le NCA et churn de son périmètre géographique.
** Key Responsibilities**
Il veille au respect des guidances de mise à jour du système d’information partagé : CRM à jour, Portefeuille à jour. Il est garant de la fiabilité des prévisions au mois et au quarter. Il pilote les deals significatifs dans le cadre des deals desks. Il suit les process de délégation, la Sales Policy et les règles de compliance.
Pilote les performances : Il est responsable de mesurer la performance de son Territoire. Pilote son activité avec une vision à court terme du cycle de ventes de son portefeuille d’affaires (prévision à tenir) et d’autre part planification à moyen/long terme. Il est garant de la prédictibilité compte-tenu du cycle de ventes. Il a la capacité à gérer les 2 horizons : court et moyen/long terme.
Ambassadeur de la marque et des offres : il a une connaissance approfondie des offres Sage qu’il adress
