For our client an international family-owned company with ambitious growth plans in the pharmaceutical and medical device markets.We are looking for a Territory Business Manager to reinforce sales department. If you are experienced or deeply interested in wound care and always wanted to work for a renowned pharmaceutical company, you can be the perfect candidate for this jobReporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products in the Brussels area. Your main contacts will be hospitals, wound expert centers, wound care professionals in the community, pharmacies and nursing- and elderly homesAre you interested in working with an ambitious and very dedicated team?Please send your application CV to benelux@talent.inizioengage.comYour responsibilities:You represent our products and manage the sales for your territoryYou take ownership of your region: you think about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, competitor practices... to develop a relevant sales strategy with the support of your ManagerWith the guidance of the sales manager, you maintain a strategic business plan aligned with the best practices and standardsYou execute all sales activities from the introduction of new products to presentation and training to customers, ensuring that each stakeholder receives key sales messagesYou are the primary contact for the KOLs in your region to build a long-term relationshipYou act as brand ambassador and represent the company at relevant conferences, congresses and trade fairsYou ensure our CRM system is maintained in line with company standardsYou work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical departments and achieve goals togetherYour qualifications & experience:You hold a Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent based on relevant experienceYou can demonstrate initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environmentYou have excellent oral and written communication skillsYou show a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spiritData savvy and comfortable with numbers, you demonstrate the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system and ShowpadYou are a native French speaker with bit of English, Dutch is an assetYou hold a valid Driving LicenseAs a problem solver, you work with your line manager to find innovative approaches to resolve situations and develop your turnover.What we offer:Excellent working conditionsAn innovative and inspiring work environmentIndependent project work & responsibilities within a professional teamCareer prospectsLearning and development opportunitiesCompetitive remuneration according to experience
