**Our story**

**All about the role**
The goal of our Sales Administrator is to welcome new restaurants to the platform. One of your main responsibilities will be to do the onboarding of new restaurant partners, making sure you have all the information they need to have a successful start.
- Checking on a daily basis the mailbox with the new in contracts and make sure every request will be handled
- Verification of the accuracy of each files received from the sales people
- Processing the contract by adding the informations in our system
- Organizing the list of the restaurant partners that are ready to go online
- Onboarding new restaurant partners - make sure they have a successful start on the platform
- Contacting new partners to welcome them and preparing them for going online on our platform
- Working closely with the team and other departments for excellent results
- Supporting in occasional projects

**Can you deliver...**
- Relevant work experience, preferably in sales administration, customer services or after sales
- Perfect communication skills in Dutch and very good in English
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude and persistence, able to solve issues or complaints whilst providing the best service
- Organization and accuracy skills
- Solutions and initiatives minded
- You find pleasure in building excellent relationships whereby patience and understanding is key
- Can work individually as well in a team and you are a relevant link between different departments
