**About the position**
As a Technical Support Adviser, your primary responsibility will be to provide diagnostic and repair support for Volvo Cars and Polestar to retailers and independent workshops. Working alongside a team of technical specialists, you will offer technical assistance to workshops in Dutch and French speaking markets, ensuring effective service for our customers.

**On a daily basis you will be**:

- Responding to support requests, delivering high-quality diagnostic and repair services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitoring the repair process, identifying gaps, and providing advice on filling those gaps.
- Reviewing existing processes to enhance quality and reporting retailer performance.
- Collaborating with retailer staff, providing guidance, and addressing technical quality deviations.
- Identifying root causes and preventing future support requirements. Documenting complex technical issues for the central organization.

**You and your skills**
- Degree in automotive technology or equivalent experience as diagnostic technician in a workshop.
- Good knowledge of current vehicle technology, including mechanical, electronic vehicle systems, and electric propulsion.
- Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French, with good spoken and written English skills.
