We're waiting for you **What does an Account Manager at Expleo do** Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for the IT sector: - Creating new business opportunities and responding to your customers' requests - Building customer loyalty by providing solutions adapted to their needs and gaining their trust by creating a close relationship. - To propose technical solutions to your customers in correlation with their needs. - To accompany a team in the success of its development in this environment, while guaranteeing its safety and the good rise in competences of each one. - To guarantee the profitability of your profit center and to bring the axes of improvement to develop it. - Ensure the follow-up of the gross margin of your business and propose in case of drift, the necessary corrective actions. - Participate in the preparation and validation of technical and commercial proposals and any associated amendments. - As an account manager you are the responsible of your team like an entrepreneur attached to the structure, you must be proactive, innovative and guarantee the load and the project activity of your current collaborators and your future teams. **How we imagine our future Account Manager** - You have a first experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or other customer-facing role in the IT sector. - You have a passion for entrepreneurship and a keen interest in business development. - You are proactive, strong-willed, dynamic and results-oriented. - You are a gifted communicator and the achievement of results motivates you more than anything else - You enjoy a stimulating work environment and are not afraid to contribute ideas to make a difference. - You have a Master's degree in business related fields or engineering - You speak English fluently, French and Dutch are a plus. **What’s in it for you** - Collaborative working environment - we stand shoulder to shoulder with our clients and our peers through good times and challenges - Expleo Academy - enables you to acquire and develop the right skills by delivering a suite of accredited training courses - Always working as one team, our people are not afraid to think big and challenge the status quo - 20 + 12 (40hours week) days of vacation per year - A mobility budget that can use towards your mobility or rent/mortgage - A flexible homeworking policy **Wh**o are we?** - In this ever-evolving world, EXPLEO Belgium is an engineering and digital transformation game-changer player on the market.
