Als Economist(e)/Communicator werk je mee aan de verdere uitbouw van ons kenniscentrum. Je zoekt data en studies van externe en interne bronnen op en communiceert deze op een heldere manier naar onze leden.
Denk aan onderwerpen als hoe de handel evolueert en transformeert, welke plaats e-commerce verovert of hoe de koopkracht en het winkelgedrag van de consument continu wijzigt. Andere aspecten zoals de rol die de handel speelt tussen fabrikanten en verbruikers en de verhouding van de handel tot andere economische sectoren komen aanbod.
Deze kennis giet je in aantrekkelijke publicaties voor de website en nieuwsbrieven. Hiermee ondersteun je de leden en help je hen inzicht te verwerven in tendensen die van belang zijn bij hun business. Je deelt je economische inzichten met collega's van andere departementen zodat Comeos via belangenbehartiging en communicatieacties met stevig onderbouwde standpunten naar buiten kan komen.
Profiel
- Je bent gebeten door economie en je kan zowel macro
- als bedrijfseconomische thema's helder presenteren.
- Je hebt al een eerste werkervaring achter de rug en beschikt over een brede socio-economische belangstelling.
- Je kan complexe economische analyses in begrijpelijke taal omzetten en in overzichtelijke visualisaties gieten.
- Je bent contactvaardig en communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je kan gesprekken modereren en gemeenschappelijke standpunten formuleren.
- Je bent dynamisch en je kunt anderen overtuigen en enthousiasmeren.
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans en hebt voldoende kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid en bent een teamplayer.
- Je hebt goede organisatorische vaardigheden en werkt autonoom.
- Je bent flexibel en leergierig.
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- De bestelling (beschikbaarheid van producten, leveringstermijn, behandeling van klachten,...) en de klanten (getrouwheidsacties, tevredenheidsenquêtes, aanmaningen,...) opvolgen
- Commerciële acties uitvoeren tijdens evenementen
- Een bijdrage leveren aan de commerciële en marketingstrategie van de onderneming
- Het plan voor klantenwerving ontwerpen en de klantbezoeken plannen
- De klantenwerving administratief opvolgen en het team informeren
- De gegevens over de activiteiten van de dienst of de organisatie opvolgen en analyseren
Een vooruitgangstraject voorstellen
- Het commerciële voorstel uitwerken
Samen met de klant de voorwaarden van de verkoopovereenkomst of de prijsraming overeenkomen
- Producten presenteren of demonstreren bij de klant en advies geven
