Our Finance & IT Department plays a central role in our organisation. It gives a financial, accounting and IT
support to our whole staff in our different workplaces. To strengthen this department, we are looking for a
Digital Transformation Coordinator.

- You define the IT strategy, the priorities and resources needed to have a robust and optimized IT

environment, with the Finance & IT director.

- You encourage and coordinate the improvement of current processes and tools within the organisation

in terms of automation and digital innovation:
o You work side-by-side with our teams to map out the current processes and tools.
- You identify opportunities for improvement by developing Power Apps, interfaces, and

connectors - not only for financial and administrative tools and processes, but also on the
operational side.
- You budget and prepare the business case to implement the improvements (needed
investments, expected returns, timing).
- You manage the implementation of the improvements (end-users support, quality check ).
- You provide regular progress reports on your IT projects to the management.
- You may work with external partners to implement Tech/Finance projects, including AI components.
- You supervise the work of the IT officer.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supporting and executing complex financial

and administrative digital projects, such as optimising financial flows (e.g. quote to cash).

- You have an analytical mind that allows you to identify key issues in a complex and challenging

environment.
- You work independently and take on responsibility easily.
- You establish a rhythm with colleagues to ensure effective execution of digital projects.
- Practical experience with software such as NAV, Dynamics, PBI, Microsoft Azure and others is a plus.
- You have a good command of English, Dutch and French.
- Your commitment to solidarity and social justice is at the heart of your professional approach, and you

are driven by a strong desire to support people in vulnerable situations.
