As a member of our staffing team for the interim assignments, you will proactively help find and propose the right freelance ressources for our client projects.

- Search and recruit freelancers (people with experience in specific marketing or sales specialties) & digital marketing employees.
- Find and attract the right talent for our client assignments by an efficient recruitment approach via different communication channels (social media, LinkedIn, database, networking ).
- Deeply understand the (digital) marketing & sales domain and functions.
- Engage a broad resource network of freelance professionals. You’re happy to use and expand your network.
- Focus on closing deals: getting excited by yet another successful placement.

- Computer savvy and diligent in updating people & process information in our HR tool.
**Your profile**
- Proven track record in talent acquisition of experienced freelancers (specialized in (digital) marketing and sales).
- Hands-on understanding of (digital) marketing and sales roles is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in a commercial-related domain (economics, commercial sciences, HR ) and/or relevant experience in marketing roles.
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
- Experience in using social media tools, LinkedIn jobs, digital enablers, and CRM systems to attract and recruit additional freelancers and digital marketing employees.
