**Description de la fonction**:
En tant que Service Delivery, voici une liste non exhaustive de tâches qui vous seront demandées:

- Identification des besoins du client tout au long du projet
- Mise en place du plan de projet (Plan d'Assurance Qualité), d'un système documentaire et établissement des process du projet (parcours client, Logistique, intégration et services IT, gestion et flux opérationnels, etc )
- Suivi et analyse critique des process et mise en place d’un système d’amélioration continue (liaison avec l’IT et Opérationnel)
- Gestion de la satisfaction client et des écarts du projet
- Mise en place et suivi de KPI pertinents pour garantir la performance et la qualité des services.
- Mise en place des instructions de travail en concertation avec le Project Manager et le conseiller en prévention sécurité et s’assurer de leur mise à jour régulière.
- Mise en place d’une politique Sécurité pour le projet en accord avec la réglementation et les process internes de la société.
- Vous véhiculez les valeurs de l’entreprise au sein de l’organisation

**Critères recherchés**:
Pour relever cette fonction, nous recherchons une personne:

- Diplômée d'un Master en Gestion de projet / Management des opérations
- Ayant une expérience pertinente de MIN 5 ans dans le domaine du contrôle qualité
- Rigoureuse, très organisée et orientée solution
- Dotée d'un leadership naturel
