**Job Title**: IT Industrial Expert
**Responsibilities**:
- Investigate and analyze legacy systems to understand their functions and software components.
- Document findings and create comprehensive reports on each system.
- Develop and implement strategies to update or replace legacy systems, ensuring mínimal disruption to ongoing operations and guarantee data integrity.
- Collaborate with software vendors to determine available updates and support options.
- Follow the digital system governance, with solution assessment, design, and implementation stages, with strong focus on quality deliverables and planning constraints.
- Consult with internal experts to gather advice and recommendations for system updates.
- Work under pressure with mínimal guidance and limited documentation.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to act independently without excessive coordination.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, or related field to Life Sciences.
- 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on system integration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and related technologies.
- Familiarity with laboratory systems and software is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work under pressure with mínimal guidance.
- Handle and operate efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent English and French is a must
