We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to strengthen the phase-out & migration team within the _Segment of Industries Tribe,_ with a strong focus on Fiber migrations. The challenge & richness of this position is to work on the future evolution of customer digitization and network evolution. You act as Transformation Manager within the Enterprise Business Market. You are end-to-end responsible for the EBU migration & out phasing projects for our business segments: - Technology related: SDH (ISDN, BA, PRA, Leased lines,...) - Customer related: Buildings and road works - Fiber related: ISDN phase out and SDH phase out, copper out phasing **Role and responsibilities**: - Execution of the Phase out Transformation roadmap (short & long term) per technology and customer site; - Definition of operational flow based on target analysis and internal and sales alignment; - Sales channels reporting and communication, coaching & support; - Customer communication (Letters, Registered Letters,...) & customer contacts; - Escalation & cancellation management; - Reporting SalesForce Cases, follow-up of closed Won's to the Core Team & EBU management. **Profile** - You have a good command of technology and are naturally inspired by trends & evolutions in the telco & IT industry; - You have a least 3 years of experiences working in a big organization; - You can quickly absorb and process a lot of information; - You see connections between (sometimes not obvious) domains; - Understands the technical phasing out and can translate this to the needs of the customer; - You have strong collaboration skills and can work with different profiles to successfully complete challenges (since you also work closely with NEO and CUO, stakeholder management is an important characteristic); - Can do, open-minded and respectful are "non-negotiable" in this position - Creativity, inspiration & hands-on switching are part of your toolbox to get ahead in your domain. - Multilingual (NL, FR, EN)
