Transformation Leader position
- Hays is looking for an Agile Transformation Lead for one of our clients in Brussels._

Are you an experienced, collaborative, and resilient Agile Transformation Leader with a passion for embracing new ways of working? Do you excel at change management? If so, this opportunity could be the next step in your career

**The role you will take**:

- Leading the definition and development of comprehensive agile learning content to progressively enhance the agile competency levels of the colleagues at the company. This will involve conducting workshops and training sessions.
- Coaching agile teams by fostering an increased awareness of Agility and training the colleagues on agile values and principles. You will also establish effective communication channels and promote the adoption of new agile practices across the organisation.
- Playing a crucial role in the planning and execution of future steps in transforming the company into a scaled agile enterprise, while continuously advancing our agile maturity. This will involve coaching management teams on new decision-making and steering processes.

**Your profile**:

- A strong academic background, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in external or internal consulting roles.
- 5+ years of full lifecycle project management, business process re-engineering, and/or IT solution delivery experience, with at least 3 years of experience working on iterative and incremental projects using agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated involvement in at least 3 different agile transformations.
- Certification in one or more of the following is a plus: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Fluency in Dutch or French, along with proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of the insurance business is an additional advantage.
