Contexte de la mission
Dans le cadre d?une transformation agile à grande échelle au sein d?un département Marketing & Communication, vous accompagnerez les Cluster Leads dans l?adoption et l?incarnation du modèle agile opérationnel de l?organisation. Il s?agit d?un environnement complexe, multiservices, avec de nombreuses parties prenantes internes et externes.
Responsabilités principales
Accompagner les leaders dans l?implémentation concrète du modèle agile (valeurs, rituels, outils, culture)
Transmettre les techniques de leadership agile, les méthodes de facilitation, et les outils de conduite du changement
Aider les managers à mobiliser leurs équipes autour d?un fonctionnement agile et à adopter les postures adaptées
Sensibiliser à l?importance des valeurs comportementales agiles : collaboration, autonomie, feedback, transparence, etc.
Soutenir les leaders dans la gestion des dépendances transverses : marketing, ventes, IT, et autres équipes support
Accompagner l?intelligence collective entre Cluster Leads, en instaurant des rituels d?échange et d?amélioration continue
Aider à créer des boucles de rétroaction efficaces entre les niveaux stratégiques et opérationnels
Fournir un mentorat individualisé sur la posture de leadership agile, la prise de décision orientée valeur, et la gestion d?environnement politique ou émotionnellement sensible
**Certifications requises**:
Certification en méthodologies agiles (such as scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, Safe, Less, DA, DevOPs)
Certification en coaching personnel (life/business coaching)
Profil recherché
Expérience
Minimum 15 ans d?expérience dans des environnements complexes ou matriciels
Expérience démontrée en tant que coach agile senior, avec un focus sur le coaching de managers ou de dirigeants
Excellente connaissance de l?agilité à l?échelle (modèles, frameworks, culture d?entreprise)
Capacité à faciliter des ateliers, à comprendre et faire évoluer les dynamiques d?équipe
Atouts
Expérience en animation de formations ou ateliers d?apprentissage
Expérience préalable dans des environnements orientés produits, marketing, ou sales
Soft Skills essentiels
Leadership bienveillant et collaboratif
Forte intelligence émotionnelle et politique
Excellentes compétences en communication et en écoute active
Empathie, sens du collectif, capacité à accompagner le changement
Capacité à motiver et inspirer, plutôt qu?imposer
