**Overview**:
Experienced Agile Coach to drive agile transformation across teams, guilds, and the organisation. In this role, you will guide teams in implementing our agile operating model, selecting the best methodologies and practices to suit their maturity levels. You will act as a mentor and trainer, empowering employees to embrace agile values, principles, and behaviors, while leading change management initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement. As an Agile Coach, you will facilitate agile ceremonies (squad, tribe, guild, theme-based), participate in operational meetings, and design tailored processes to ensure agile practices are effectively applied. You’ll collaborate with fellow coaches, create training materials, and deliver coaching sessions to simplify agile adoption across product, process, people, and technology disciplines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide teams, guilds, and individuals in implementing the company’s agile operating model, selecting techniques based on maturity and methodology knowledge.
- Motivate employees to adopt agile values, principles, and behaviors.
- Actively join operational meetings to monitor methodology use, propose tailored processes, and give recommendations.
- Lead change management: organise training, mentoring, and coaching to support agile mindset adoption.
- Create and adapt training materials, documentation, and tools to simplify learning and implementation.
- Maintain expert knowledge of agile methodologies used within the organisation.
- Collaborate with other agile coaches to evaluate and implement continuous improvements.
- Facilitate and coordinate agile ceremonies (squad, tribe, guild, or theme-based).

**Must Have Skills**:

- At least 6 years of proven experience in a complex organisation.
- Certification in one or more methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, LeSS, DA, DevOps) relevant to the role.
- Excellent knowledge of the agile operating model, with connections to product, process, people, and technology disciplines.
- Strong facilitation skills, with experience guiding groups, supporting learning, and leveraging team dynamics.
- Extensive coaching experience.
- Proven experience as a trainer.
- Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (French or Dutch).
