Your role

As an Agile Coach, you help agile teams master through experience the required agile mindset, way(s) of working, framework(s) and interaction patterns with management and PMO or LACE (lean agile centre of excellence).

You will work at clients who have performed or are performing an agile transformation and require assistance on the team level to help the teams become more self-organizing in practice. This can be in a full agile environment, scaled agile environment or hybrid environment where interaction with other ways of working is essential.

Your responsibilities include:

- Coach and assists teams in improving their agile way of working and support their prevalent roles in how they can contribute to a self-organizing operational team.
- Work together with stakeholders on required artifacts, technical skills, mindset, culture and behaviors.
- Building a high-level workshop approach, e.g. PDCA, or roadmap for the iterative and flexible improvement of agile practices, considering the reality at the customer (mindset, governance, process, tooling).
- Working together with portfolio leads, business owners, product owners and scrum masters to make Agile routines and practices become reality in agile teams.
- Closely follow new evolving Agile techniques and methodologies and be able to translate this to the practical absorption rate of teams.
- Sharing the best practices, insights and customer cases within your Threon team.
- Next to your important role at the customer, you will have the opportunity to contribute and set the course for the Agile Coaching solution for Threon within the broader scope of Strategy Execution.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Profile**:

- Bi-lingual profile of Dutch & French speaker is required: excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch & French and can communicate on all levels in the organization.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Management Consulting and Agile Coaching. We appreciate demonstrable thorough and practical experience over certifications.
- Proven ability to successfully work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams combined with the capability of building successful relations and establishing credibility with our clients.
- Experience in giving agile trainings is a plus.
