**Responsibilities**:
**One day as an Expleo Agile Coach**
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, in order to spread Agile Ways of working principles and practices;
- Empower self-organization of teams and support them in key change management phases;
- Coaching and mentoring of individuals of different seniority levels;
- Pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables;
- Actively lead a successful team in line with the strategic plan;
- Leadership responsibility for provision of consulting services to corporate clients and achieving agreed objectives;
**Experience**:
**What are our key selection criteria for joining the Expleo Business Agility team?**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Holding a formal certification as a Scrum Master, Kanban Lead, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar Agile approach
- Proven evidence of Coaching skill development through experience and/or formal certification
- Management qualification or relevant years of experience
- Excellent communication and presentations skills - Experience in the creation and delivery of Agile Training courses to clients
- Lean Thinking and an Agile Mind-set in how you work internally and externally
- People management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions
