Jij bent iemand die...
- Uitblinkt in **communicatie, organisatie en onderhandelen**.
- Snel schakelt, flexibel is en energie haalt uit afwisseling en deadlines.
- Graag **leiding neemt** en anderen motiveert.
- Ambitieus is en **openstaat voor nieuwe uitdagingen**.
- Perfect Nederlands en Frans spreekt (Engels is een mooie plus).
**Wat ga je doen?**:
Je vertaalt merkstrategieën naar **impactvolle eventconcepten** en zorgt voor een feilloze uitvoering. Van budgettering en planning tot venue management, hospitality en logistiek — jij houdt het overzicht.
Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met leveranciers, partners en interne teams, en bent hét aanspreekpunt op locatie tijdens events.
Na afloop evalueer je de resultaten en kom je met frisse ideeën om onze hospitality
- en eventaanpak voortdurend te verbeteren.
**Wat krijg je?**:
- **Locatie**: Evere (hybride mogelijk, met 135€/maand telewerkvergoeding)
- **Werktijd**: 40u/week - avond
- en weekendwerk mogelijk bij events
- **Team**: je werkt in een enthousiast team van 6, inclusief je manager
- **Vergoeding**: competitief salaris tot €3400/maand, afhankelijk van ervaring + extralegale voordelen
