Als Guest Support Manager is het jouw ultieme doel om de **gastentevredenheid** steeds zo hoog mogelijk te houden. Dit doe je door **hospitality** hoog in het vaandel te dragen en de gasten steeds op een **klantvriendelijke en gastvrije** manier via onze **digitale platformen en telefonisch** te ondersteunen. Ook potentiële gasten zal je op deze manier en met je **commerciële talent** helpen bij hun (aan)vragen en reservaties.
Anderzijds zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het uitwerken en optimaliseren van de volledige **Guest Journey**. Door jouw **ervaring** met gastencommunicatie en **inzicht** in verschillende processen en procedures lukt het jou om de gastencommunicatie vanaf hun zoektocht naar de juiste woning tot na het uitchecken tip top in orde is en gasten met een nog beter gevoel van hun verblijf kunnen genieten. Ze laten dankzij jou dan ook een **positieve review **na op de verschillende kanalen.
Je staat er uiteraard niet alleen voor. Je werkt steeds nauw samen met de property managers en je collega’s bij operations. **Samen** streven jullie naar de **hoogste tevredenheid** bij alle gasten, zelfs wanneer er een probleem zou zijn met een boiler, de wifi of de schoonmaak.
We zoeken iemand die met veel **enthousiasme** gelooft in onze waarden (samenwerkend, inspirerend, flexibel, vooruitstrevend, transparant) en samen met het hele team onze **hospitality service** beter wil en kan maken. Daarvoor heb je een **zeer sterke digitale kennis** en **inzicht in processen en procedures** nodig en moet je vlot kunnen **communiceren **(**Nederlands, Frans en Engels**:
Je hebt **ervaring** in guest relations of customer care en houdt ervan om de verwachtingen van de gast steeds weer te overtreffen. Ook werk je **proactief**, ben je **hands-on** en een echte **teamplayer**. Daarnaast ben je ook **stressbestendig** en **flexibel**:je werkt af en toe op zaterdag en feestdagen, kan goed omgaan met last minute wijzigingen en bent resultaatgericht.
Binnen HUSWELL is het van belang dat je beschikt over een groot doorzettingsvermogen en optimistisch bent ingesteld.
