Validation Team Leader

LaCAR is a Liège-based start-up active in genetic molecular diagnostics. We develop and market kits for the diagnosis of genetic diseases. Our main customers are laboratories throughout Europe.
**Role and tasks**:
The Validation Team Leader is responsible for the transfer of the product to production, the planning and implementation of the product validation plan.
- Ensure the **good organization** of his department and his team (2 people)
- Coordinate and plan **the validation activities**:
- Create **technical documents** specific to the product (IFU, master labels...)
- Create the **documents** necessary **for the production and quality control** of the product in validation
- Identify and validate **new suppliers and raw materials**:
- **Work closely** with the quality assurance and production team
- **Creat** validation protocolse, following internal procedures, standards and appropriate regulations
- Perform** statistical analysis of results** and write validation reports

Title of diploma**:Master’s in biology, Biomedical Science or equivalent**

Description: Knowledge in **molecular biology and ELISA**. Knowledge of **ISO 13485 and IVDR**
