**Your new career in Coreso**

**Your role as an Enterprise Architecture Lead exists of the following responsibilities**:

- Provide a comprehensive end-to-end architectural perspective and formulate the methodology for architecture development. Keep stakeholders informed to enhance Coreso's overall efficiency, taking into account budget, security, and current business requirements.
- Support projects in term of IT architecture and ensure seamless alignment and integration across different IT services for Coreso's smooth operation. Work in collaboration with Project Managers and provide them with feedback.
- Implement and promote best practices, enhance and optimize services/processes. Stay updated on tool developments to boost Coreso's credibility through continuously improved services.
- Document processes continuously, determining the best solutions for Coreso's efficiency.
- Coach and develop team members, optimizing competencies and skills while efficiently coordinating daily activities.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or equivalent through practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture using standards tools and methodologies (TOGAF, Archimate, BPMN, COBIT, CISSP );
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French as an additional asset.
- A demonstrated ability to understand and align business strategy with IT architecture and develop a long-term roadmap to support organizational objectives.
- Good communication skills allowing to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including solutions architects, developers, project leaders, and other departments.
- A proven experience in Building and maintaining strategic internal and external relationships.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills combined with a pragmatic, can-do attitude.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptability.
- A relevant experience in continuous process documentation, and in providing both high-level and detailed documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in a data architect role would be regarded as a valuable asset.
- Prior experience as a team lead or a team coach would be an asset.
