In order to strengthen our Administration and Finance department, we are looking for a lawyer.

You support the following main activities:

- Assistance in the development and drafting of contractual documents for company contracts, temporary companies, joint ventures, PPPs, etc.
- Assistance in the development of framework contracts (subcontracting, purchasing, studies,...)
- Support of the price studies department in the analysis of the specifications and follow-up of the offers
- Support of the execution department in the drafting of contracts and letters related to construction sites
- Management of pre-litigation and litigation both in the Courts, Council of State, arbitration and other alternative methods of regulations: contact with law firms, follow-up of drafting of conclusions, assistance in negotiations, assistance in expertises
- Follow up of insurance contracts
- Legal support of internal services
- Legal watch: support for implementation of new regulations

You will report directly to the Administrative and Financial Director.

The vacant position is located at CIT Blaton headquarters in Schaerbeek.
- Lawyer's degree
- 2 years of experience in a construction company or in a law firm
- Bilingual French - Dutch, both oral and written
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of the construction sector would be an asset
- Knowing how to work and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
- Rigor, precision, analytical mind
- Significant communication skills
- A permanent contract
