**Description**
- Legal and administrative support for investment funds
- Ensure the legal structuring of investment funds, working with the regulatory authorities and the client: creations, transformations, mergers (national and cross-border), liquidations
- Ensure third-party relationships (business auditor, custodian, portfolio manager, etc.)
- Open and handle proceedings with regulators
- Update contracts and documentation for investment funds
- Ensure monitoring of the corporate life of investment funds governed by Belgian law, and/or the local entity (monitoring terms of office and appointments of directors, writing and assembling meeting documents, holding meetings of boards of management and general meetings, writing minutes, completing legal formalities, etc.)
- Writing and updating framework contracts for services rendered to CACEIS clients (particularly as regards incorporation of new regulations)
- Negotiating and monitoring negotiations of client contracts relating to the main banking and financial services
- Providing continuous regulatory oversight of the areas of activity of the investment funds and the local entity
- Writing concept notes alerting the departments concerned
- Produce activity reports to the local legal director
**Profile**
- Master's in law
- Knowledge in company law
- Knowledge of the financial sector, and especially of investment funds is an advantage
- At least 5 years professional experience (law firm or company active in the banking, financial or investment funds field)
- Languages : Dutch - French - English
- Comfortable forming relationships, you are an excellent team member
- Independent and proactive, you manage and anticipate the needs of the company and of our clients.
