Banking & Finance Lawyer – French speaking We are currently recruiting a French speaking law graduate with a passion for Banking and Finance law. Our Banking and Finance team supports corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, real estate developers, financial institutions, funds, and alternative lenders with diverse financing needs. From acquisition and real estate finance to project and general corporate lending, our expert team offers pragmatic advice to secure successful deals in Belgium and globally. Our Corporate and Finance department is one of the largest in Belgium. By seamlessly combining their expertise and knowledge, our attorneys are able to quickly address our clients’ needs in corporate and finance matters, whether these arise in Belgium or abroad. What we expect Has an outstanding level of French and English with a good knowledge of Dutch. Has a first‑class Belgian law degree – additional education abroad and/or an LLM or other advanced master in Banking and Finance law is a plus. Graduating in 2026 and eager to start the bar internship at Liedekerke. Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Embraces a hands‑on approach, is proactive, and willing to take initiative. Is client‑focused with a practical and commercial mindset. Is a team player who can also work independently.
