Litigation lawyer (with four to six years of experience) Clifford Chance's global Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice has around 500 lawyers based in the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the United States, experienced in the full spectrum of litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory issues that our clients face. Our highly qualified teams are focused on resolving high‑risk litigation, international arbitration and regulatory investigations. In Brussels, we have a strong track record in banking litigation and restructurings and insolvencies. We also specialise in commercial arbitration, competition litigation, and compliance with anti‑corruption and sanctions litigation. Job Description You will have a key role in serving clients in their litigation and dispute resolution files. You will be part of a strong team and will have the responsibility of running your own matters with the benefit of supervision and training by experienced lawyers. Qualifications You have successfully obtained a Belgian Master’s degree in law and possibly an additional degree abroad. You have an excellent academic record, complemented by practical experience. You are fluent in English, Dutch and French. You have a genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution. Your legal, entrepreneurial and communication skills are impeccable, and you enjoy a job well done. We are looking for lawyers with preferably four to six years of relevant experience.
