This is an opportunity to truly make a difference. We’re looking for a Lawyer in Investment Funds & ESG. Responsibilities Navigate the intricate legal and regulatory landscape for investment funds regulation. Provide pragmatic, business‑oriented solutions to client transactions across fund, real estate, and private equity transactions. Advise clients on ESG and sustainability from policy incorporation to stakeholder dialogue and sustainable financing. Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners – Business Law, Employment Law, Tax Law, Public Law – and PwC consulting teams across borders. Maintain high client satisfaction while working within budgetary and time constraints. Qualifications Belgian Master’s degree in law; LL.M. is an advantage. 4 to 7 years of professional experience in financial law with a law firm, financial institution, or international organisation. Experience in investment funds regulations and/or ESG and sustainability matters is an advantage. Strong analytical and synthesis skills; excellent presentation, fluent writing, and IT knowledge are valuable assets. Project management skills and a team‑player attitude with good communication skills. Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
