Coordination of freight forwarders and logistics partners for incoming material

Tracking of ongoing import shipments

Manage inbound logístical operations including inventory management and warehousing to ensure adequate supply of goods and products

Coordinate internal transports between AEV facilities and subcontractors (machining, painting, packing,)

Collaborate with Emerson global logistic team (SCO)

Elaborate subcontractors forecasting plan according to the production needs

**Votre profil**:
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant and proven experience in Logistic or Import is desirable.

Fluent in English and French

You are familiar with Customs and Governmental regulations

Good communication and facilitation skills (both oral and written);

Previous experience in using an ERP system is an advantage

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite

Ability to prioritize and manage own workload with a proactive, ‘can do’ perspective.

You can handle multiple tasks with high awareness of deadlines

You are a teammate and work in a structured manner
