**Job Description**:
You are passionate about people and like to understand their behaviors and motivation? **Who we are as a team**:
We are a team of 6 experienced recruiters. Our work is organized around different practices and business units. We recruit all seniority, from interns to expert directors and you will be part of that story, working in tandem with Marie, who is leading Campus Recruitment. You will also work closely with some of our senior colleagues (Bob, Françoise, Andreea, Ivan). Sophie, our manager, will be there to guide you. We collaborate closely with an extra colleague from the team GCloud, Tom.
**What will be your daily tasks**:
- You might also be involved in differents projects linked to our recruitment activities (employer branding, process improvement, referral program & ambassadors)
- You might from time to time develop content to create the right visibility for our company and for our vacancies on social media and job sites (job descriptions, videos, campaigns)
This internship is a unique opportunity to become acquainted with several recruitment and sourcing tactics that you can put into practice.
**Qualifications**:
- You are a last year student (Bachelor or Master), studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
- You have a strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition techniques and a interest in digital marketing
- You have excellent interpersonal and you like to connect with people by phone and face to face
- You have strong organizational skills, the capacity to multi-task and to be accurate
- You are enthusiastic, proactive, able to take initiatives and to think out of the box
- You have a driving licence and are are open to go to events
